There is no age limit for domestic adoption through the IAC. Some agencies discriminate on the basis of age, but the IAC has never had any exclusionary policies for adoptive parents based on age, marital status, sexual
orientation, religion, race, color or national origin.

If you adopt internationally some countries also limit how old adoptive couples may be.
